Media personality Julie Gichuruhas for a long time kept her kids away from the limelight.

This however seems to be a thing of the past as she has been celebrating them and sharing her motherhood journey with her fans via social media.

What caught the attention of many is how beautiful her daughter is and how much she resembles Julie.

Her son Kim is a replica of his dad Anthony  Gichuru.

Sharing a photo of herself Julie said she spent her 20's and 30's getting five babies.

''When I was sixteen I dreamt of my future and made a commitment to focus, strive and endure to ensure I could be the woman I envisioned.

I spent my twenties and thirties studying, learning, working, finding a partner for life, having 5 babies, nurturing a family, building a career, homemaking, and in all that — trying not to lose sight of me. At every stage, I remind myself to come into myself more. Find and hold on to yourself lest you lose yourself to the world." 

Julie and her husband lost her son, Mwaura in 2005. He passed away in a choking incident at home while eft with the house help.
