Kenyan Mc-cum-comedian Dr Ofweneke has said his biggest regret is not forgiving his mum after she abandoned him when he was a week old.

Speaking during an interview with Robert Burale on 'Oh Men Show' he shared

''I was born in Mathare area 4 and I was a product of ghetto love.

A week after my birth they had issues and my mum just left me on the stairs.

That day he came to the bar and just when he was about to drink he was told I had been abandoned on the stairs. The day I was abandoned is the last day my dad took alcohol.

I was taken to Mbotela where my grandparents lived.

I grew up thinking my aunts and uncles were my big brothers and sisters.

I can't say I had an easy life growing up.''

Ofweneke added

''When I was age 5 he remarried and my step-mum was amazing.

When in secondary I met my biological mum and she was keen on trying to mend our relationship.

My mum died on her death bed at Kenyatta National Hospital knowing that I have never forgiven her, I walk with the guilt of not forgiving her always.

I even used to even ignore her phone calls. When it gets to October I get very emotional.

She was like 'I wish I stayed with your father.' but I had pride and I felt like she was not going to die soon.''
