Why Sharon Mundia panicked after hitting 32 years

Sharon Mundia aka This Is Ess turned 32 this month. The content creator opened up saying that she was emotional and at the same time panicked as she continues to grow.

Mundia said this was brought about by the fact that she is an over-thinker

"I turned 32 last week. 💫

Not gonna lie, I was flooded with emotion on the actual day and a sense of panic set in. I’m an over-thinker and couldn’t stop questioning whether I’m on the right track. But I’m learning to trust the process; to trust myself... however difficult that might seem sometimes." she wrote

In another post, she shared a sexy photo wearing a black top and stockings and captioned;

This is 32. 🌺
