'I love you so so much...' Shanty's girlfriend mourns

Family and friends of 17-year-old Steven Munga alias Shanty are still in shock following his untimely demise.

Shanty was beaten to death by bouncers at the Nai Fest event on November 7, which was organised by socialite Bridget Achieng.

The teenager, who was a form three student at Mukaa High School, didn't return home that day and his phone went off.

After a frantic search, his body was found at the City Mortuary on November 12, five days later.

'We had been searching for three days. We went to several police stations, hospitals and even mortuaries. We eventually found him at the City Mortuary. His head was bashed and one of the eyes poked,' his father Geoffrey Munga told the media.

According to the devastated father, Shanty was 'labelled thief, beaten and taken outside. The people he was with say he was brought back without his shirt and shoes.'

We, Shaty's closest female friends Nashy Shakty has penned a touching message to him, which read,

'I love you so so much .....may you dance with vibe up there...🥺🥺RIP...'

In another post, she wrote,

'Rip babe😪😪.'

His friends have condoled with the family and below are their messages;
