Who has poached Shaniqwa? Well the comedian whose real name is Kelvin Mwangi has called it quits as the co-host of Mary Mwikali on KTN's Life and Style.

The two have worked together for 2 years now and became a favorite morning show for many Kenyans because of diverse entertaining segments they had.

It was a  sad day for Mary Mwikali as she announced the departure of her co-host and friend Shaniqwa. She took to social media with a sad post just appreciating the time they spent together on the show saying:

This Human… Oh this Human.

You’ve been my greatest cheerleader and critic on set…. Your humour and creativity oh so Vibrant and contagious… A support system that every colleague needs at the work place.

Mary Mwikali also had a message to Shaniqwa wishing all the best in her journeys:

You are treasured.

Shaniqwa took to social media to confirm that she has left KTN and promised her fans she will keep them posted on her next major landing.

Yes, I did my last show yesterday on #ktnlifeandstyle thank you @ktn_kenya for always believing in me, for my fans I will keep you posted where am landing next GOD BLESS YOU ALL.  

Seems like the end of the year has seen many journalists moving from one media house to another.
