Faya Mama or als many like to refer to her Jahmby Koikai is angry AF.

The media personality - real name Njambi Koikai - has written strongly worded response to the Kenyatta National Hosptal CEO, Lily Chepkorir Koros.

This was after her response to rape allegations against the largest public hospital in the country.

Njambi wrote, "Going to bed a very sad woman. A fellow woman has denied that women are being raped in an institution she heads and even asked us to ignore those claims. As we go to bed let us think about the women who will still have to do their midnight and 3am trips to breastfeed their babies and crawl up and down the stairs. Let's think of these women. The morgue attendants will still come tonight. The male nurses will still be on duty. But Koros has denied and asked us to ignore."

She added, "I'm so broken. Women are going through so much only for this beast of a CEO to downplay the rot she's heading. We should also address the food patients are given in this hospital. Address how gangsters ran the orthopaedic ward. Tell us how the laundry machine at Kenyatta broke down and where they are doing their laundry. Explain to us how the cancer ward is operating with patients who have to wait years to get procedures done. Tell us why food is not served to the patients on their bedside. Why should a caterer stand at the door and announce- 'Chakula'..if you're too weak to get the food you sleep hungry. Explain to us why patients have to share beds and some sleep under the beds.

By the way this lady should not downplay or take us for fools. If not fixing KNH for the public, they should do it for themselves too. You never know you may end up in Kenyatta in need of treatment.

Let the PR trips and false promises begin. Stop the cartels. You can stop them

Just do it."

Angry Kenyans also gave their opinions. here are some of them.

carol_wema: I cry to hear n imagine this cz 2016 was there, we used to sleep on the floor hats Kama unastitch nobody cared. There some mothers who had nobody to visit them cz Kama u r a referral from far ur pole won't b there daily. Kupata maji moto u av to buy a flask 60 kuosha at least kidonda. Ts painful! Time to go see our babies usiku we had to choose someone to wake us cz ukiachwa u risk t n ur bby needs u. Even nurses used to advice plz don't come alone ts not save. I feel anger n remorse for those pple n most huyo CEO imagining uko 3 rd floor NBU iko ground u will use stairs na unaenda kukamulia mtoto maziwa. Umefanyiwa Cs hyo n uchungu number 1, kukamua matiti n uchungu mwingine ooh lord av mercy for us women n for children too. The worst s when u go through that n at the end mtoto anakufa ts really sad.

vilmadayec: Very annoying not sad. We paid our taxes dutifully. We want our needs catered for. Period!!! This breed of person like Koros should not be able to be close to any office in name of serve to society. We need change n things must change. If the government can't handle the biggest Sub-Saharan referral hospital then I think the private sector like the church should join in. The flaws within are exponentially growing n getting out of hand. I dread that hospital given I almost lost my life there. It's a disgrace. God strengthen these women through it all. Hope someone will take note of this plight of sick people

forest_saina: My mum passed on the 16th of this January due to lack of an ICU bed I am angry n heart broken... But for the future of our healthcare enough is enough... It's about time we stop this chaos

wacuka_kamau: I am so pissed by this story and she has the audacity to tell the public to ignore.Good thing God doesn't sleep!

smiley_sateyia: I wish i worked for women rights because this woman is a disgrace to fellow women.. Ignore what..! Unbelievable. This are the kinds of people that do not have our interests at heart.. Akwende uko. Nkt. Am actually angry thinking of women who have to go through this to breastfeed a child. Its painful.

queens_and_printsI wish all women politicians in Kenya, influencers, church leaders, musicians, artists, media personel,.everyone was raging mad and using every opportunity to condemn and demand overhaul at Kenyatta National Hospital. But no,..people will just move on until something similar happens again. We will again fail this women, we will fail each other, we will fail our ourselves.

tear.drop: We might not have all the power the administration have but we have our voices i would like for all the media personel, those on the limelight especially women ,to make noise say enough is enough tusiwape amani coz i know they are thinking its just a wind it will pass nooo it wunt pass untill something is done @jahmbykoikai

rinnie_enThis cannot be ignored..thanks for the highlight.

tkaranja2005: The rape stories are quite depressing but what is most intruging is that the women have been reporting and the remedy for the solution..they were told to walk in group...surely inside a hospital..and in most cases they reported to a female nurse...a person of the same gender who understands the real pain of a woman immediately after delivery...who know the trauma such an act can cause to the victim...and they never helped to even get to the authorities or try to expose this issue themselves...that to me is the most disturbing thing...do the staff working there as nurses really had a vocation to be nurses or midwife or they are in it for money? What is wrong with a society that we dont care of anything not unless it happens direct to us?

howard_de_josef: We need magufuli in this Kenya it's a shame en grossly sad...
