Finding a good job nowadays is not easy. Whether you have the papers or not, you will have to tarmac in this city under the sun for so long before something great comes your way.
Many especially young women and men have resorted to odd jobs just to earn a living but to some, they are not ready to sweat and break their backs only to be paid peanuts.
From joining city's dangerous gangs, becoming socialite, dating older men and women for money, they will do anything for quick cash.
Anyway, a photo of a Kenyan woman who ekes her living as a casual labourer is making rounds on Facebook. It has inspired many.
How did she make it in this vicious male dominated jungle? Perhaps many are asking..
Well, just like other hardworking women out here, the young woman has decided not to sit back and decry the rampant state of unemployment.
She is passionate about her job and in the photo making rounds, she is fully dressed in her uniform; an apron, gumboot and carrying a spade. She is proud of her job.
Here is the photo
