The complainant, a Shii Charles, claims she worked for Lisa and she refused to pay up after a misunderstanding.

"Hi BBK members help me to get my 2k from this Lisa Martinez I worked for her last month for 3 days en she told me she will pay end of Feb en she hasn't. She even blocked me aki en I earned that money with a lot of sweat. i was patient to her till she can't reply my txt en blocked me."

A Facebook user pointed out that Lisa has the right not to pay the complainant saying,

"Looks like the complainant was hired for a monthly job but she quit in 3 days: in that case no employer would pay. Workers must learn to work as per agreement and give notice when leaving. The actress is legally right not to pay since the employee broke the contract," wrote Wamigate Kwao.
