Janet Kanini-Ikua has been fighting against lung cancer which is currently at stage 4 and it has really taken a toll on her and as you can imagine, her family too. She is putting on a brave face but you can see just how much of a toll the fight is taking on her.
She recently made a public appearance on NTV's The Trend and spoke to Larry Madowo about how life has been since her diagnosis and while I was at first shaken by the pain I heard through her voice, one truth cannot be denied; her story is uplifting.
