The late Ivan Ssemwanga's palatial residence is officially being sold off by family members amid disputes over his property.

The late Ssemwanga was a father of three boys with ex wife Zarina Hassan alias Zari The Boss Lady. The late businessman was said to have owned several properties worth millions, one being his Muyenga palatial home.

The mansion has been put up for sale by a property agency, and it is being sold to the highest bider who is willing to cough up 1Million dollars, that's the equivalent of Ksh100 Million. The money will be divided amongst family members in a bid to end the dispute over his property.

But the question is, is Zari aware of this? Or better still, is she in agreement with this decision?

After Ivan's death, Zari admitted that the family had been fighting over who will inherit his vast estate. 3 administrators have been appointed to manage the property until his first-born son Pinto, becomes 18-years-old.

The advert by the property agency has shocked Zari's fans after their post revealed that the mansion is on sale:

"A 6bedroom mansion in Muyenga at 1m dollars

6 bedroom mansion for sale at Muyenga, it has 6 bathrooms with high quality finishing in a well organised developed area on 60 decimals."
