Kiss FM morning show co-host, Jalango, has advised women not to always assume that  living with a man in the same house means you are married.

Below are more scenarios when you shouldn't assume you are married

  1. Just because he takes you to meet and hangout his friends

We all know how wicked some friends can be, they will even call you 'our in-law'. What you may not know is that they call every lady they meet that.

So just because you know your man's friends does not mean mumeoana.

2. If he introduces you to his family

We have in the past seen people hire parents when asked by a woman to take them home for introductions.

So don't assume that just because he took you home that you and him are married. Get him to wed you officially and get a marriage certificate.

It does not have to be an extravagant wedding, just get married at tha AG's office, kesi baadaye.

3. If he takes you to family functions

These functions may be funerals' birthdays, goat-eating or any other function.

Some families are wicked and may not even tell you that the man you are with, who happens to be their son, is a joker.

4. Just because he treats you to outings

Don't let how he treats you deceive you into believing that you two are married.

Utalilia kwa choo. To some people, pesa ni kama makaratasi so spending it on different women is not an issue.

Sis, get a certificate why waste your whole life with a man only for you to be told your union was null and void?
