An Indian woman has been given permission to divorce her husband of 5-years because he refused to build a toilet in her home.

The woman says for all those years she has been forced to help herself in the fields and has been waiting till sunset to do that.

The woman who once filed a case in 2015 because in India, one is only entitled to a divorce for domestic violence and torture.

She is not alone. Other women in her hometown have reported of using fields to relieve themselves... And yes, they wait till dawn to do it.

And now the man has just lost the love of his life.
