Rumor has been going that Akothee's daughter Rue Baby and comedian MCA Tricky were an item but that's not true. They're just friends.

Responding to a fan who asked about their relationship, MCA Tricky said,

Akothee has revealed that her baby daddy (Rue Baby's father) called to asked about what was going on between their daughter and the witty comedian.
