The journalist, who was overwhelmed with emotions while interviewing President Uhuru Kenyatta, has been identified as Dennis Mudi.

The 20-year-old native of Kakamega County, works for MK TV and had a chance to meet face to face Uhuru at the mama Ngina Waterfront park in Mombasa on Sunday evening.

The journalist, who also doubles up as a deejay had traveled to the coastal city to interview small scale traders for his Hustle Mtaani show when he met the head of state.

‘Today I’m in Mombasa and I have an amazing guest President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. It is unbeievable oh my God…. The president has assured me he will support me and help MK TV to grow to another leve. i’m very thankful…’ said the emotional Dennis while the president was standing beside him.
