Kenya Film Classification Board CEO Ezekiel Mutua has earned the nickname 'Moral Police' because of his stance on various issues touching on morality.
One too many times, Mr Mutua has rubbed a section of Kenyans the wrong way because of his divergent views.
I'm sure most of you remember that time he called for the rescheduling of the Classic 105 morning show - Maina and King'ang'i in the morning - because he thought it contained lewd content.
What about that time he asked Coca Cola to remove a kissing scene from an advertisement that was already airing on local stations? With this guy you just have to toe the line.
What many do not know is that Ezekiel Mutua is not all about work and making our lives difficult. Apparently, he lets his guard down once in a while to enjoy life.
On Sunday, his eldest son Brian Mutua turned a year older and he threw him a party at their home to mark the special day.
He later took to social media to wish him a happy birthday with the best words he could find.
A HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the youngest adult in town - Brian Makenzi Mutua. Your mum and I are so proud of you. We thank God for the grace that has seen you through the last 17 years. As you join the adult life and enjoy the freedom to choose, we commit you to God's able hands to guide you and watch over you all the days of your life. To the great neighbors who "plotted" this we say a very big thank you. You are awesome and am proud to be your chairman!
