Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip, who was attacked at Memphis club last month seems to have recovered.

He was attacked alongside Nairobi governor's daughter Saumu Mbuvi.

Saumu shared a photo posing with Anwar accompanied by a romantic message, which read,

Hisia hazifichwi..kipendacho roho hula Hata nyama mbichi....😊😘 Hi Future. [Feelings can't be hidden. Whatever your heart feels can't be hidden].

One of her followers who noted that Saumu moved on too soon. This was after partying ways with her ex, a few weeks ago just after he proposed to her, posted,

The rate at which you are able to move on,👏👏👏I need classes

The flashy Nairobi governor is very protective of his children and after the attack, he said,

MY DAUGHTER WAS WATCHING FOOTBALL WITH LAMU SENATOR AND OTHER PEOPLE AT MEMPHIS BECAUSE SHE LIVES JUST AROUND THERE. WHEN SOMEONE IS GROWN UP, THEY HAVE THEIR FREEDOM. 

SO I WAS SHOCKED AFTER EIGHT GOONS ARMED WITH PANGAS AND THERE WAS A POLICEWOMAN WHO WAS INVOLVED. AS MY DAUGHTER WENT TO THE TOILET, THEY TORE HER CLOTHES AND WANTED TO ATTACK HER. SHE SCREAMED THEN THE PEOPLE AROUND CAME TO THE RESCUE OF MY DAUGHTER, IN THE PROCESS, THE SENATOR WAS ATTACKED.

SHE REPORTED THE MATTER AT KASARANI POLICE STATION AND INVESTIGATIONS WERE DONE. ONE DAVID KOMBO LUCAS WAS ARRESTED. THIS IS A CASE WITH A SYSTEM. THE SENATOR IS IN THE ICU HATUJUA KAMA ATAPONA.
