On Saturday, October 21, Kenyans woke up to the sad news about the Lake Nakuru tragedy.
A helicopter carrying five people namely; Apollo Malowo (the captain), bloggers; Anthony Kipyegon, John Mapozi, Sam Gitau and a woman identified as Veronica Muthoni had crashed in Lake Nakuru.
It’s three days now and three bodies have been retrieved among them Apollo Malowa’s which is still intact.
Well, as the search for the remaining two bodies continues, messages of condolences are still pouring in and Captain Apollo Malowa seems to have been a very social person.
He interacted with people from all walks of life and below is just a brief history of the kind of man he was. (Read things you didn’t know about the late Captain Apollo Malowa in my next article).
