Njugush real name Timothy Kimani, one of the popular comedians in town is among the Kenyan celebrities who've cried in public. It was not a joke for the comedian during the weekend when he was celebrating his 27th birthday.

But bruh, umezeeka!

His wife Celestine Ndinda suprised him with a black forest cake on this very important day. She went ahead to give a short speech but could barely finish because the comedian was  already in tears.

He cried his heart out,then Celestine said,

"I'm so proud of you. Six years down the line...(Then Njugush started crying)....Who is emotional? Sawa kata keki basi."

He then wore sun glasses to hide his swollen eye bags.

For the first time a comedian, whose job is to make people happy finally made his emotions known to the public. He could not help it but pen down a message explaining why he teared up.

"Happy birthday to me...this one is quite emotional..... turning 27 and mama theirs surprised me with this cake....for me it took me way back , 6 years ago when she wanted to surprise me with a proper cake. Small problem though, she couldn't afford one.....so she went ahead and surprised me with a cupcake, she had borrowed money, 80 kshs to buy 2 cupcakes....pesa yake iliishia hapo so ata candle hakukua, aliwasha mti ya kiberiti nikablow 😭😭😭. So when Leo she surprised me na this proper cake you can see what happened to the napkins!!!!! Thanking God for all the blessings for the last 26, I'm forever humbled and great full to God........Asante @celestinendinda

His wife simply wrote:

"Happy birthday my love."

He added:
