Popular vernacular gospel singer and a Director with the Kenya Association of Music Producers (Kamp,) Margaret Mutunga, is no more. She went to be with the Lord a few days ago. According to her husband, the late Margaret passed on in her sleep. Margaret Mutunga's prowess on the mic saw her gain popularity in Kamba land.

Many took to social media, including Citizen TV's Syombua Mwele, to condole the family of the late describing her as a good and God fearing woman.

"This is distressingly sad! I am relaxing in dala Kanga, Rongo in Migori only to receive the heartwrenching news of your demise! I am bewildered and shocked! How now? Fare thee well Margaret."

The songstress will be remembered for her songs;  Niwailite, Tia Maundu Ma Nthi and her latest song Neena Nakwa Yesu. If you didn't know Margaret Mutunga;
