K24’s Anjlee Gadhvi has passed on.
Anjlee lost the battle with cancer today at Aga Khan hospital.
A statement of the death read,
“It is with great sorrow to announce the demise, Anjlee Ghadvi, K24 Anchor and Cancer Warrior on Friday 10th day of January 2019 at 1315hrs while undergoing treatment at the Aga Khan hospital. May her soul rest in Eternal Peace.”
One of her last tweets was about the Boeing 737 that crashed in Iran. This was on January 8.
She followed that with this tweet.

Her colleagues and fellow members of the fourth estate were in shock at receiving the news. Here are their condolences.
