Yesterday, Kenyans were met with news that radio personality, Saliva Vic, whose government names are Jeremy Odhiambo who used to work at 2FM had met his untimely death.
His ex-lover Ciru Muriuki took to social media to share the news and a short story of their final interaction:
We made it to another year. Unfortunately, one of us didn't. Saliva Vic and I met through Nick Ndeda back when we worked…
And as can be expected, Kenyans are now pouring their support and opinions about Saliva Vic on social media and I wanted to share some of the tweets being shared about him:

Let’s clear the air here. My brother @SalivaVic did not commit suicide. Those propagating that nonsense should think twice considering what we have gone through for the 48hrs before he passed. Bye!

The man who came up with the name ” Mani Onfire” is no more.@SalivaVic to me you were just like my brother.
May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Guys, stop insinuating that @SalivaVic committed suicide. He didn’t. Was he expressive of his suicidal thoughts, absolutely. But the brother passed away due to illness. Let the family and friends celebrate the life of an amazing person.
