Miss World Kenya is a premier pageant that has put Kenya on the global scene. One of the current reigning beauty queens has just gotten a big invitation to a major event in the United States. Ms Margaret Muchemi, the current Miss Kenya Kajiado county has been invited to the first ever Diaspora Entertainment and Recognition (DEAR) Award Ceremony later this year.

Margaret is involved in a range of activities, including youth mentorship and donation programs for schools in her county and in Mathare. She works closely with Ahadi Kenya. Apart from that, she is a successful runway and commercial model.

The Financial Engineering student from JKUAT will be representing the country in Dallas, Texas on Sep 5th. Margaret was part of the group on Miss World beauties that showered their colleague with love and gifts at her recent .

She was nominated because of her 'relentless efforts in furthering development and sustainable growth' in her endeavors. Here's her invitation;
