Despite being hurt, Bryan Tanui from the great county of Narok is still recovering from the pain of heartbreak. That has not deterred him from trying to get back his ex.

The man acknowledged his mistakes and promised to buy her a gift during her pre-wedding. He posted all this in a public forum where he hoped she could see it. After all, his ex had blocked him on all social media.

Taking to the Narok County Forum Facebook page, Tanui decided to share his heartbreak message to one, Olivia Chumba.

"To my ex-girlfriend, Olivia Chumba, 'Tanui', it is with a sad face that I had to let you go, so did you, I day to day, think of you despite having you not around," wrote Tanui.

"It marks a year since we started having an unhealthy conversation," he added.

In the message, he expressed gratitude to his ex-lover for always being by his side and never letting him down when they were still together.

With Brian, his ex-girlfriend always ensured he had meals to eat and even helped him secure his own company and also organised for a party to celebrate him.

"I can say no one among the people I dated has ever done so," he wrote.

Tanui acknowledged his mistake and apologised in the hope that his ex would forgive him whenever she would come across the post.

"Honestly speaking it was my bad but today I want to say I'm so sorry, in Kalenjin, we say a cow can slide with four legs," he said.

"I honestly wish you well wherever you go and whoever you date. I promise you a fridge during your party, if it will happen and I am still breathing, God bless you, my ex-girlfriend," he said.
