A Kenyan man identified as Baba Talisha is pleading with Kenyans to help pay a bill for his daughter who was hospitalized after an accident.
Talisha who is aged 2 and a half year got injured after her dad rammed into a stationary vehicle.
A month ago, Baba Talisha and his now late wife left the house to go for a family photoshoot they had been planning for months.
Baba Talisha, a 4th-year student left the house to go do a photoshoot for a client.
At about 11 am he was back in their house at Githurai.
His wife was busy dressing up their baby. He too needed to look good and within no time they were off for the plan of the day.
After coming back home Baba Talisha and his wife alongside their daughter Talisha went for their planned family shoot.
The photoshoot lasted about 5 hours.
After their photoshoot Baba Talisha and his family decided to go to a client on Juja road only for their journey to be cut short by an accident.
Along Thika road, Baba Talisha who was driving the car bumped into stationary vehicles and everything went silent.
After hours of being trapped in the wreckage good samaritans helped take his daughter to a hospital, four hours later.
His 22-year-old wife was confirmed dead. Her remains were then taken to Kenyatta University Mortuary.
She was buried a week later at her ancestral home in Busia.
Baby Talisha on the other hand was put on emergency treatment and soon after referred to KNH hospital for specialized management.
Baby Talisha was transferred to KNH hospital where she was immediately put on life care support at Paediatric ICU (PICU) for more than 20days.
By the grace of God, she has recovered from the coma. She is now off the ICU and is recovering from the main ward.
She can move her hands and even smiled for the first time yesterday. She is on her way to recovery.
