Marjorie Julie Minage has been trending on social media after a photo of herself posing with Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu went viral on social media.

"Thank you alot our Kiambu Governor in waiting. I enjoyed your company so much. You have my vote come 2017."

Many speculated that Waititu was Jullie's "sponsor' after a picture of her flossing a pile of notes surfaced online which ignited various reactions among Kenyans online as many have questioned where the young girl gets such an amount of money.

Julie later came out to deny the rumors saying that she has no relationship with Waititu and that it was just a selfie like any other.

"Just because I took a selfie with Hon. Waititu does Not mean anything. I respect him as my MP and governor in waiting. nothing else".
