Business woman Yvette Obura was on Massawe Japanni's show where she talked about how State House spokesperson  Kanze Dena helped her get over a nasty backlash from fans.

Asked what was the worst troll she has had. Yvette responded saying,

"The worst was when I was super heavy and It was the first time I appeared on the reality show, Being Bahati. I was super big, 98kgs."

She explained,

"I was not used to trolls. I was an emotional person so when i saw the savage posts I told myself I put myself on the show. What can  I do."

Yvette used the hurtful words from the trolls to motivate her to lose the weight.

"I lost 20kg in a year through intermittent fasting. The longest i did was a week with just taking water. Now i just do it to maintain my weight."

Last week, Kanze Dena was trending with KOT pointing out that she has added weight after giving birth.

Yvette told Massawe,

"Actually among the people who helped me get out of depression was  Kanze. I used to see the comments and say this is sooo sad."

She added,

"This is even worse when it comes from women. Women should understand that we go through alot, you don't even know what  someone is going through."

Yvette continued,

"Why would you make it your business. People out there will never understand because it brings you down kabisa. No matter how strong you are. lazima it will bring you down."
