After Kanyari, Woman Of God Now Detained For Allegedly Torturing And Killing Family

A  preacher by the name Anne Wanyoro has been detained in connection with the death of three family members Lawyer Paul Magu 35, his wife Lydia Wangui, 30 and daughter Tiffany Muthoni 6 years old which took place over the weekend. The suspect is said to be a close friend to the deceased and had stayed with them for more than three days before the three were killed in separate locations. Mr Magu and Ann Wanyoro were preachers at Shower International Ministry. Mr Magu intended to transfer the ownership of some of his properties to Ms Wanyoro in a will with advocate John Odhiambo according to the Star newspaper.

Lydia, Magu's wife went missing on Saturday and her body was found in a thicket near Paradise Lost Hotel partly burned. On 26th November, Magu  allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of an oncoming bus along Nairobi and Garissa highway and their daughter's body Tiffany was found in a coffee plantation in Ruiru.

The suspect will be detained for two weeks for further interrogation as she is believed to be having the vital information about the mysterious deaths of Magu's family and the  two missing sons.
