Bonnie Khalwale "The bullfighter"  has been arrested outside parliament buildings. The Kakamega senator  was among protestors demonstrating against the controversial security bill that is currently in its third reading in parliament. CORD senators Johnstone Muthama and James Orengo are demanding his release.
