Julie Gichuru is one of the celebs who memorialised yesterday with an ode to her mother.

The media personality posted an image on her Instagram page showing a TBT of her rarely seen father and mother cradling her when she was an infant.

That this picture was most likely taken in the mid 70's is an ode to the progressive nature of the two.

Even today, race mixing among indigenous Kenyans and those from the Asian sub-continent is rarely observed. I wonder why?
