Joseph Irungu is back on social media weeks after he was granted bail in connection to the murder of the late businesswoman Monicah Kimani.

Apart from re-branding, Jowie who now goes by the name Kush Irungu has been thinking hard about forgiveness.

He shared his first inspiration quote on his Instastories saying that one needs to heal from what hurts them to avoid making others pay for someone else’s mistakes.

“If you don’t heal what hurt you, you’ll bleed on people who didn’t cut you”He posted

Although he might not say it out loud Jowie is a man who has gone through a lot after spending almost a year and a half behind bars.

He was arrested in 2018 at a time where he was planning on settling down with ex-TV host Jacque Maribe.

He had already proposed and many assumed that they would end up together. Sadly after being arrested the relationship broke off.

He was also left behind bars, months after Jacque Maribe was released. That among many other things are things worth forgiving.

If one does not you will carry grudges that will eventually weigh you down.
