Hayawi, hayawi huwa!

It seems the birds have come to roost for Joseph Irungu. The man who is Jacque Maribe's fiance has officially being charged with the murder of Monica Kimani at her home in Kilimani estate, Nairobi.

Maribe, on the other hand, has admitted that she drove her fiance to the hospital after a gun wound. Joe reported to the Lang’ata police station that he had been shot by unknown people but police say there were no gunshots reported on the night he says he was shot.

A neighbour had recounted that he saw a man dressed in a Kanzu get out of Monica’s house.
