After news broke out that Bobi Wine's father had passed away, East Africa’s giants Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool were among the first celebrities to send messages of condolences to Bobi’s family. Bobi’s father, George Ssentamu passed on this Tuesday at Mulago hospital, Kampala, Uganda.

Jose Chameleone posted a condolence message on his Facebook page that read: “I together with Friends and Family wish to pass our condolences to the family of Mr.J.W. Sentamu SnrA great Father to a great generation who has passed away suddenly. May the Lord give your family comfort and peace during this sad time.We are with you in grief.”

Bebe Cool, also sent a condolence message: “RIP Mzee SENTAMU Father to Eddy Yawe, Bobi Wine, Chairman Nyanzi and others. My Condolensces & prayers to the family”.

Sssentamu died at the age of 80.
