In the photos, the two are seen hugging and hanging out at the Eid Baraza.

The event, which was marked to end the holy month of Ramadhan, was also attended by Tourism CS Najib Balala.

Joho spoke about the holiday.

"Just thirty days ago, our Muslim Brothers and Sisters from all over the world embarked on a spiritual journey of humility, patience and prayer. Today, we thank Allah the Almighty, for enabling us to complete this blessed month.

The Day of Eid ul Fitr is a day of great joy and happiness for the Ummah. We are encouraged to enjoy from the Halal bounties that we had refrained from during the month of Ramadhan. Such is Allah's Compassion for his servants.

May Allaah accept from us our fasts and good deeds.

Eid Mubarak, Kul am wa antum bikheir."
