Remember Jimmy Gait's song Muhadhara? The gospel artiste has talked about how he was offered Ksh10 million by people he terms as Illuminati.

Well years after that hit, Jimmy Gait claims men offered him money to denounce Jesus.

Speaking during an interview with TV47, Jimmy narrates how the money was offered to him in exchange for him not to mention God or Jesus in his songs.

According to Jimmy the thought of not mentioning God in his songs yet he is a gospel artiste left him worried.

“If you don’t know how they operate, you will easily fall into their trap.

I remember they were supposed to do an album for me and first give me a down payment of KSh10M. This was like 5 years ago and it was really tempting and they were globally well connected with big International brands.

Luckily for him, Jimmy listened to his instincts.

When I went home, I could tell something was wrong, my spirit was grieved. Can you imagine being given KSh10M but you’re not happy.

I didn’t feel the happiness in me, I was grieving in my spirit and I knew for a fact, it was a red flag and that’s how I didn’t take it.

In the past Kenyan artiste Bamboo who is now based in the U.S has narrated how he almost got recruited to the brotherhood in exchange for a 'colorful career'.

Luckily for him he saw the signs, ran and never looked back.
