Jaguar has just came from a major brawl with fellow legislator Babu Owino. Now, he has picked another fight with with IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati.

Jaguar's message is clear. He is instructing Chebukati to park his bags and go.

"As the duly elected Member of Parliament for Starehe Constituency, with a clear mandate to represent the people of Starehe Constituency, we hereby present our official bid to have your offices relocated from our constituency. Of the many possible relocation venues, Bomas of Kenya, off Langata road, would be an ideal location," read Jaguar's strongly worded letter to the IEBC boss.

The reason for this hard stance on the matter is because "estimates show that an approximate KES 100 MILLION SHILLINGS is lost, directly and indirectly, when your stakeholders engage you. With the planned daily NASA engagements with you starting next week, my constituency members stand to lose KES 1 BILLION. This is unacceptable given our growing economy."

Jaguar went on to add in his letter that the Central Business District in Nairobi County falls under his purview as the MP of Starehe Constituency.

"Thousands of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) also use the Central Business District to transact, commute and operate their business. In the recent past, your stakeholders, specifically the NASA Coalition, have made it impossible for individual and corporate members of my constituency to run their businesses in peace."

Mr Chebukati, the ball is in your court.

Your move, sir!
