TV girl Jacque Maribe and her fiance have been remanded in custody until Monday when they will take pleas for the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani.

The two appeared before justice Jessie Lesiit at the Milimani Law Courts earlier today.

On Tuesday, The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji said that Jacque and Jowie should be charged with murder. He stated;

I am satisfied that there exists a prima facie case to warrant criminal prosecution. I have therefore directed that they be immediately arraigned before the High Court and charged accordingly.
