A photo of Citizen TV’s Jacque Maribe together with Dennis Itumbi Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) offices on Kiambu road has surfaced online.
Itumbi was arrested dramatically by the flying squad from the CBD on Wednesday. At the time he was having lunch at Charlie’s Bistro.
The details of the dramatic arrest are in the video below.
Now, hours later a photo of him and Jacque Maribe at the DCI headquarters has emerged.
Itumbi who is employed by the government in the digital department as the secretary digital, innovations and diaspora communications seems to be in high spirits.
He even poses with his now famous, “One man one woman” trademark stance. To lampoon his online-in-laws who keep asking him, ataoa lini.
Check out the photo below.
This photo will not help the swirling rumours that Jacque and Itumbi are more than just friends. The level of dedication and attention the two give to each other’s legal problems is mind-boggling.
Itumbi is set to spend the night at Muthaiga Police station before he is arraigned in court tomorrow. This is after DCI denied him police bail.
Also, they are keeping mum on what they will charge Itumbi with. Our source says that police have been mentioning Section.66 of the penal code about publishing alarming material but no charge sheet as yet.
According to reports, Itumbi has been transferred from the DCI headquarters to the police station.
