J Blessing and Mwende Macharia are celebrating their son's graduation to class 1. This is a milestone that the video director could not miss.

He and the Radio Maisha presenter attended the graduation at their son's school. Later on, Mwende shared a post of the family and captioned it:

What a joyful day as we celebrate Champion's graduation day from Pre-Primary level to Grade one.

To God be the glory.

On the son's birthday, Mwende penned down to fans her experience after the doctors first broke the news that she was pregnant -by J Blessing.

“The day the doctor told me I was pregnant I was so overwhelmed and shocked I laughed.

The day I first saw him and held him in my arms I laughed again.

The day I saw him take his first step I laughed.

The day he called me mommy I laughed.

As i am writing this I am overjoyed, overwhelmed with laughter as I reminsce of how much joy Champion has brought into my life.

Every day of the last 5 years have been nothing but joy and love because of my baby boy.

Today I am so sure we will laugh alot with him as we celebrate his 5th birthday!

God is sooo good!

She added:

Blessing had been dating Mwende but later left her for one hit wonder Chantell. He and the Toklezea hitmaker moved in together but later broke up over irreconcilable differences.
