Months after Embakasi East member of Parliament Babu Owino said that he has forgiven himself over the shooting of DJ Evolve, the later has spoken.

In an exclusive interview with NTV six months after his hospitalization and weeks after his discharge DJ Evolve said,

'I have left everything to God and i am waiting on the justice system and see what will come out OF it.

That's all I can say for now.'

Babu had in a past interview said that he had forgiven himself over the shooting adding that one cannot undo a 'mistake'.

'IT IS A MATTER THAT IS BETWEEN ME AND GOD AND I CHOSE TO FORGIVE MYSELF AND I WANT TO TELL YOU.

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE PAST BUT WE CAN CHANGE THE FUTURE.

LET US FOCUS ON WHAT IS COMING IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, LET US NOT DWELL SO MUCH IN OUR PAST BECAUSE WE CAN’T CHANGE IT NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE’D WISH TO CHANGE IT.'

Speaking in what she expects when they go to court Evolve's mother said,

'I just want justice, my son's life was ruined.

I have never met nor spoken to Babu Owino I only communicate with my God.'
