Kenyan rapper K Letta has revealed how long it took him to woo Homeboyz presenter Rachel Muthoni (with whom he now has a child) to his corner of the ring.

The soft-spoken rapper revealed to Mpasho that it took meticulous planning and strategy to put together his first date with the “Mwalimu Rachel”. “She is not your everyday girl and I knew that, so I put together a plan of the day and also put some money aside enough to execute my plan that involved a dinner date and a movie afterwards”, says K Letta who also capped the days bill to be anywhere between KSH 10,000 and KSH 20,000.

The Paint “The Town Red” rapper K Letta may be soft spoken but he is a man who has seen it all, from attending law school in London to working various jobs such as at a warehouse in the London to survive.

Well that was before he came back home to embark on his business and rap career K Letta whose real name is Shawn Osore  is known for his songs Baadaye and Paint The Town Red which he featured Capital Fm presenter Amina.

After one year off the scene, K Letta is back with a new track “Let Me Know” which is his first after one year from the music scene. “I decided to take some time off to help my wife raise our son; he is now grown so I can now get back into music, ” he said. The song was produced at Pacho Entertainment, and preparations for the video are underway.
