‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away,” Revelation 24:1.

As we mourn the death of a national icon and cancer survivor Janet Kanini  Ikua who succumbed to lung cancer, messages of condolences are still pouring in. Janet will surely be missed.

Mel Myendo, the current N-SokoProperty show host has also paid a tribute to the late former host in a moving message.

"Dear Janet Kanini Ikua,

Although I never got to meet you I heard so much about you. When I began hosting NTV Property Show in September 2016 I kept wondering how I could ever fit in your shoes because your uniqueness and creativity on NTV/N-Soko Property Show was unmatched. I saw how you took on cancer so bravely because you knew your God and He fought all your battles. And now even as you rest you truly have fought the good fight, you've finished the race and you've kept the faith.

Thank you for showing the world that nothing is ever difficult for our God.. and nothing can ever separate us from His Love not even death.

Rest now in the loving arms of The Lord Our Savior, " Mel posted on Facebook.
