Have you ever attended a  Mashemeji Derby? Well if not, you should attempt to one of this fine days. The Mashemeji Derby pitting traditional arch rivals AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia is always characterised by hooliganism, heavy traffic at the stadium and its environs, violence, theft, and tight security. The matches are always played in any of the two great stadiums Nyayo and Kasarani due to the large attendance.

But on Sunday, the Kasarani National Stadium is set to host more than 300,000 people for Barrack Obama's speech. Obama who is expected in the country on Friday ahead of the  Global Entrepreneurs Summit (GES) which will take place on Saturday at the UN compound Gigiri will speak to Kenyans at the Stadium at least according to Statehouse.

His much-anticipated visit to Kenya is going to bring the City to a standstill as we expect more tight security, heavy traffic jam and no hawkers anywhere near the stadium as we are used to seeing them whenever there's a big event. Will you be among the 300,000 people?

Keep it at Mpasho for more updates on the Barrack Obama story once he jets in the country.
