Eldoret based blogger Isaac Kibet with his lawyer Kipchumba Karori are at Milimani Law courts.

Kibet is waiting to take a plea. He was arrested on Saturday for posting on social media alleging that CS Fred Matiangi has tested positive for Covid-19 and was admitted in ICU.
