Today couple across the globe are celebrating Valentine's Day.

How are you celebrating it? What has your better half done for you? Have you received a bouquet of flowers, chocolates, cakes, and bottles of fine, expensive wine?

Well, if you've not received anything, sorry, wait for next Valentine's Day.

A Kenyan man has set the bar high by publishing a love message to his wife in the Star newspaper. The now hero husband paid for the advert and he's currently the talk of the town.

The husband's message read:

'Double biscuit,

Me loving you is not news but I'll put it in a newspaper anyway. If you were an estate you would be Milimani

If you were my dream car you would be a Mercedes G-Wagon

If you were a tree you would be the baobab tree

If you were a TV character, you would be Fallon

If you were a ridge a ridge, you would be Vipingo

If you were my favourite date you would be 11th of August

If you were a travel destination you would be Dubai

If love is blind, then I lost my eyesight seven years ago

If marriage is hard then hard is what I want for the rest of my life

If I were to choose again, I would still choose you

I'm not Kenyatta but you are my Ngina,'

I loved you then, love you now and will love you forever

Happy Valentine's Mrs.M.

Xoxo

The hubz.

Dear Kenyan men, would you do the same?
