Kenyans can be good at spreading rumours. Last year, word went viral that celebrated local reggae "lover" John Maina, popularly known as MC Fullstop, was suffering from the deadly disease after he shaved his dreadlock trademark. Many even insinuated that the Rastafarian would not make it to 2016, but if God says you will live for more than one hundred years, who are you to judge?

Anyway, MC Fullstop recently revealed that he is not HIV positive and that he is suffering from liver cirrhosis.
