Kiss FM co-host Jalango has revealed that he first time he wore boxers was when he joined Form 1. All along he had been wearing normal undergarments.

This he revealed to Kamene Goro during the Morning Kiss.

'I was bought for boxers when I was going to form one. I used to wear under wears so that was my first time to wear boxers.

My dad bought me four boxers.'

In the past Jalango had talked about how he was never able to proceed to campus as his parents couldn't afford it.

Speaking during the Morning Kiss about when his ‘aha’ moment came along, Jalango said,

‘WHEN I FINISHED FORM FOUR MY DAD COULD NOT AFFORD SCHOOL FEES.

 I USED TO FEEL EMBARRASSMENT AS EVERYONE ELSE HAD GONE TO NAIROBI TO JOIN CAMPUS. I WOULD SIT IN THE HOUSE AND CRY.

 ONE DAY I JUST WOKE UP AND SAID ‘KAMA MBAYA MBAYA’.

 I HAD NO OPTION, WHATEVER IT TOOK I WAS DETERMINED TO SUCCEED.’

Jalango is now among the highest-paid MCs in Kenya.

Aside from that he runs other businesses and is living a life he could only dream of back in his youth.
