Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe is one of the world's most eccentric leaders. Hands down. The longest serving African president is known for his tough stance against the western world; he never minces his words. He is a no-nonsense man and a certified unbwogable dude.

He will say anything and no one can dare question him. Just recently, the crazy president attacked Kenyans saying that they are thieves. Well, Mugabe is currently the talk of the town after a video of him bowing to his own portrait went viral.

Would Uhuru do this? Mugabe is just on another level. What could he be smoking?
