'I vomited blood for years,' Bahati's ex-signee Rebecca Soki shares moving story

Rebecca Soki, a Congolese national has narrated how she almost died after drinking milk she found in her house after returning from Dubai a few years ago.

The talented gospel singer is the first female artiste to be signed under Bahati's Record label EMB.

This was before Soki had a misunderstanding with Bahati and she quit the label.

Rebecca Soki released a new song ‘Baraka Zangu’ during her unveiling, which has been received well by fans.

Well, she has been on a media tour promoting her new song and in she has revealed that life hasn't been an easy path for her.

Soki went ahead to narrate how she almost died after drinking milk she found in her house after returning from Dubai a few years ago.

"Nilipotoka Dubai nilipata maziwa kwangu na nikakunywa maziwa nikakuwa mgonjwa. Siku ya kwanza nilitapika damu, nikaanza kutapika damu na dawa hazikunisaidia na nikapata nafuu pole pole, hilo jambo lilinisumbua kwa mwaka mmoja na nusu,"  said Soki.

The gospel singer, who had stayed in Kenya for seven years, lost hope even after seeking medical help. She says she continued to vomit blood for a very long time and couldn't praise her Lord through singing again.

Rebecca Soki then decided to go back home to Congo.

"Singeimba kwa mwaka mmoja. Ilinivunja moyo sana sababu singeimba, singehudumu hata kuongea ilikuwa shida. Nikawa mgonjwa sana na baada ya miezi sita nikapata nafuu kidogo. Nilikuwa na hiyo shida mwaka mmoja na nusu."she said."

She's happy and says she is going to release more songs now that she's okay.
