A 31-year-old man has pleaded guilty to creating disturbance by threatening to kill a waitress at a kiosk.
David Mutunga said Angelo Kithinji refused to be his girlfriend and he was unhappy.
Mutunga is accused of threatening to kill Anne Joseph at her place of work on September 10 at Sinai Slum in Industrial area.
According to the prosecution, the complainant who works at a kiosk in Sinai slums was busy serving food to customers when the accused came in. It’s alleged he sat and waited to be served.

The court heard when Joseph served him, he asked her why she refused to be his girlfriend. The suspect refused to pay for the food and called her names.
Mutunga was remanded to Industrial Police Station pending his probation report on September 26, before sentencing.
