Losing a child is very painful. It hursts and no parent should go through this pain. Willis Raburu and his wife Marya Prude are still grieving after losing their unborn child.

In a series of posts he shared on Instagram, Raburu said the pain was too much to bear.

I still hurt each day, I still get flashbacks, I still cry, I still grieve and I do so privately but the effects and outlet are sometimes public and I’m not ashamed of it.

In another post,he wrote,

Will I ever be the same? NEVER, but I will be that’s what I’m trying to do. I’m just trying to BE, he wrote.

So I’ll keep writing, I’ll keep sharing because we must embrace PAIN. We must we can wish it away, pray it away, hide it away, shame it away, commonize it, we must go through it.

Raburu took a break from TV and Radio to mourn his daughter
